Please forward this to anyone you know who may be interested, and have them contact to sign up or more information. We are offering 2 dates and will hold the experiential session on the date that has the most interest, so if you are available both dates please let us know.

September 7th 1:30-4:30 October 12th 1:30 to 4:30

Both classes offered at the Dahlia Center
1173 Madison Ave N, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110

This is a 1 day 3 hour (1:30-4:30) chance to see how psychodrama works and to determine if this mode of healing is right for you.

Kirsten Friedman (MA, LMHCA) is a certified psychodrama practitioner. She will be offering ongoing group sessions after this one day experience for those who are interested.

Psychodrama (or psyche-in-action), is a group process in which participants act out their life stories (or parts of their stories or struggles), in order to attain greater freedom and spontaneity in their lives. The process makes use of energy stored in our bodies, as well as the energy and wisdom of the group. The goal is to create a safe space for spontaneity and real change to occur.
